We had a fantastic time at this hotel - the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. the house was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, especially the kitchen appliances. the master bedroom was like a luxurious hotel suite, with an amazing waterfall shower. the spaciousness of the house was great for our family, and we loved the barn with the bar and fire pit.
The road noise, which could get quite loud during the day.

The value for money was outstanding, with a beautiful house that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with high-end items. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, with lovely grounds and an outdoor seating area that we enjoyed. Plus, the complimentary brownies and wine in the barn were a delightful surprise!
The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to include a small carton of milk, slice pan, and a little butter in the fridge. Menu for breakfast: add some extra condiments for a perfect start to the day.

I recently stayed at a beautiful house called Brook Villa in the charming town of Brookeborough. The house was absolutely stunning, with its period decor and furniture creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were immaculate, and I felt like I was staying in a luxurious hotel suite. The attention to detail was evident, from the top-quality duvets and towels to the well-equipped kitchen appliances. I especially loved the waterfall shower in the master bedroom. The house was also a great space for entertaining my family, and we enjoyed gathering around the log burning fire in the living room. Outside, the grounds were lovely, and we made use of the outdoor seating area. The location was perfect, quiet yet conveniently close to various attractions in the surrounding area. We were able to explore nearby National Trust properties and enjoy walks in the beautiful countryside.
